I was a bit hesitant to order it online and have it shipped from California to Pennsylvania. Michael, the owner made it a very easy process. I called him a couple times, and we sent emails back and forth. He was always available and responded promptly to any questions or concerns. Absolutely excellent customer service! My only regret is not ordering the matching ottoman. 😊
